"Maple Grove Floral has unique and one-of-a-kind arrangements - the flowers I got there were gorgeous and lasted almost two weeks! Usually the flowers I get from other shops don't last nearly half that long!
Also, the staff was VERY helpful and showed me a great arrangement for what I needed. As a guy, as I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing in this department - so the help was much appreciated!"

"I had to order some flowers for a funeral. I ordered thru Maple Grove Floral. I sent in the order, got my confirmation back and all was good to go. When I arrived at the funeral home, much to my dismay my flowers were not there. I was a little upset at this. So I checked out my receipt and found I had put the wrong delivery date down. I called Maple Grove Floral and let them know what happened and that I needed to pick them up right away the next morning by 8:30. They informed me they would not be open at that time but to come anyways and there will be someone there to let me in and get my flowers. I got my flowers at 8:40 that morning. Now THAT is customer service!!! The flower arrangement was beautiful, I could not have asked for a better one. Thank you for the great service during such a hard time. It was appreciated ALOT! The store is beatiful as well!!"

We always try to put the customer first in any situation - especially a snafu in delivery dates! We try as hard as we can to avoid floral crisis and to make it right.
Thank you so much for all of your assistance with our Wedding. Dawn and Lacey were excellent helping us to create the floral bouquets and bouts--they understood what we wanted and helped to create a gorgeous arrangement. Dawn was always attentive and our flowers for the bridal party turned out beatifully--the colors and types of flowers were brilliant, everyone loved them, and they really aided in making the photos pop!
